My program, When the Helpers Need Help, is a leadership presentation built around the tragedy my department experienced and the lessons we learned about leading through crisis, supporting our people, and building resilient organizations. 

Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of presenting this program to audiences across the country, including at Harvard University's National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, the Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Homeland Defense and Security, and numerous fire and EMS conferences. I have also presented leadership and operational programs at FDIC multiple times, and When the Helpers Need Help has been submitted for FDIC 2027. Most recently, the United States Secret Service invited me to present this program to its leadership.
